Always a champion of the creative, Nick Jennings brings an innovative approach to storytelling and visual design. He has worked on some of the most iconic animated shows such as Rocko’s Modern Life, SpongeBob SquarePants, Adventure Time, Powerpuff Girls and most recently produced over 20 independent shorts at Cartoon Networks Cartoon Cartoons Shorts Program. Whether he is the writer, director, art director, show runner, or producer, Nick fosters collaborative, creative environments that bring out the best in artists and have garnered him with 2 Emmys, a BAFTA, a Peabody, and a host of other awards. His love of animation never wanes, and his excitement for the medium only increases as new technologies, approaches, and pipelines offer new artistic pathways to tell stories and entertain children and adults. In his spare time, he likes to go to art museums and walk his fat dog, Samson.

Valerio is an Art Director, Character Designer, and illustrator from Rome. He grew up reading comic books, watching spaghetti westerns, and mushroom picking with his grandparents. Valerio has worked for Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Disney Interactive and illustrated children’s books. He lives between Los Angeles, New York, and Rome.

Russ Schumacher is a professor in the Department of Atmospheric Science at Colorado State University, and serves as the Colorado State Climatologist and Director of the Colorado Climate Center. He received his M.S. in 2003 and Ph.D. in 2008 in Atmospheric Science at CSU. His research and teaching interests include extreme precipitation, weather prediction, the climatology of precipitation, and Colorado’s weather and climate. In 2021, he received the Clarence Leroy Meisinger early-career research award from the American Meteorological Society. He serves as a Councilor of the American Meteorological Society and is president-elect of the American Association of State Climatologists.

Dr. Allie Mazurek is the Engagement Climatologist for the Colorado Climate Center, located within the Department of Atmospheric Science at Colorado State University. Her role involves advancing the Center's climate services and outreach activities and conducting research on Colorado’s complex climate. Allie works with partners from a wide range of sectors, including water management, local and state government, K-12 education, and agriculture. Prior to working at the Colorado Climate Center, Allie earned her Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from Colorado State University in May 2025, where she conducted research on high-impact weather and AI-based weather forecasts. She also participated in multiple field campaigns, where she provided forecasts and real-time weather information to support day-to-day project operations.

Mary Greenlee is an educator with over 26 years of experience, teaching a variety of grade levels and subjects. She enjoys the fruits of creative pursuits in education, promoting students to tell and interpret stories through writing, poetry, dramatic stage and film productions, dance, and art. An animal and nature lover, Mrs. Greenlee takes advantage of all there is to offer in her So Cal environs, and wherever she is in the world, always wonders about the weather.
